Medical Knitting Fixer / Technician | In this role you will set-up styles and troubleshoot defective product and adjust or correct any machine defects or settings. Line Fixer starting between $18 to $20 per hour / Head Fixer $22 to $25 per hour depending on experience |
Knitter/Inspector | In this position you will learn to inspect product and identify defects. You will also learn how to operate a knitting machine and how to work with various types of yarn. Inspector starting between $13 to $15 per hour / Knitter $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience |
Automatic Boarding | In this position you will learn how to load and unload product onto forms used to straighten and dry the goods. Starting at $13.50 per hour depending on role and experience. |
Packing | In this role you will inspect and package goods to customer specifications. Starting at $13 per hour depending on role and experience. |
Sewing | We have several different roles in our sewing areas including toe sewing, loop sewing, and pantyhose assembly. Starting at $13 per hour depending on role and experience. |
Research & Development | We have several key roles involved in the development of our products including design engineering, technical development on the knitting machines, processing, testing, and product data management. |
Dye Operations | The key roles involved in the correct application of dyes and chemicals to achieve the shade and product attributes our customer’s desire include dyers (chemist) and operators. Starting between $15 to $20 per hour depending on role and experience. |
Quality Assurance | We have designed quality into all our processes to identify and address any defects as quickly in the process as possible. We also have associates that focus on ensuring that the product meets our technical specifications for dimension, fit, shade, and compression. Starting at $15 per hour depending on role and experience. |
Shipping & Receiving | Key roles in this team include receiving and stocking raw materials, supplying materials to points of use, and shipping based on customer expectations. Starting at $15 per hour depending on role and experience. |
Wages vary depending on position and level of experience. In addition, as a full-time associate, you will have generous paid time off (holidays, sick days and vacation). Our first-year associates are granted generous paid days off and this increases with tenure. We also offer a full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K.
